Philosophy Video Essay
A restoration and visual reimagining of a vintage Michael Sugrue lecture, inspired by contemporary video essayists.The challenge: severe audio lag and 90s-era noise in the source footage.What I did:- Audio restoration: Isolated the speaker, reduced background noise, manually realigned sync (80% recovery)
- Visual storytelling: Added imagery & text cues to reinforce key concepts
- Pacing: Removed stutters, long pauses, & verbal filler
